A#1 Air is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team! This role serves as a critical link between operations, finance, payroll, and administration, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day business functions.
Schedule:

- Flexible Hours, Full-time
What you will do:
- Process daily batching and posting of invoices and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process customer refunds and adjustment invoices.
- Collect and apply payments as needed.
- Process and reconcile cash and check deposits.
- Balance and resolve financial items received from the Home Office.
- Update invoices and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Correct and rebook estimates that were scheduled incorrectly.
- Apply discounts to align with sold estimates and approved pricing.
- Unsell canceled estimates and ensure records are updated appropriately.
- Monitor invoices with outstanding balances and communicate follow-up needs with Accounts Receivable teams.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and support month-end reconciliation activities.
- Serve as a key administrative support resource for daily business operations.
- Ensure financial and operational records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with field teams, management, Accounts Receivable, and Home Office personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
What you bring:
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Service Titan Experience or similar (highly preferred)
- Detail Oriented
- Self motivated
