What You Will Do

  • Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Present solutions clearly, professionally, and confidently
  • Build trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
  • Manage leads and opportunities through the sales process
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

 

(Products and services include drain-related solutions and home service offerings.)

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales)
  • Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotation
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in home services is a plus, but not required

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday – Friday with evening and weekend rotations
  • Earning potential: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year
    • Performance-based compensation structure
    • High performers are rewarded accordingly
