We're looking for friendly, clean-cut, professional Service Technicians with a positive attitude that take pride in doing it right the first time! HVAC technicians maintain and repair heat ventilation air conditioning systems and equipment while educating customers on our services and products.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating components, and tightening connections to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, addressing issues with electrical components, motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and other system parts.
• Run comprehensive tests on heating and cooling systems to verify optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Educate customers on system care, offering recommendations for improving performance and preventing future issues.
• Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts replaced, and issues identified during inspections, providing thorough reports to management and customers.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing system downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and industry regulations while working on HVAC equipment.
• Assist with the installation of new HVAC units and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring all installations meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and customer service teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Need:

• Must have an EPA License
• Minimum 1+ years as a HVAC Maintenance Technician
• TDLR License (preferred)
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity
