This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations during off-hours by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and responding promptly to any issues that arise.

 

What You Will Do

Dispatching & Call Management:

  • Strategically dispatch sales technicians and advisors based on lead type, urgency, and closing potential ("dispatch for dollars").
  • Ensure correct matching of technician/salesperson to lead type to maximize close rates.
  • Monitor and adjust the sales schedule daily to prioritize high-revenue opportunities.

Debriefing of Closed Calls:

  • Debrief every closed sales call (both sold and unsold).
  • Gather detailed outcome notes: reasons for close/no-close, customer objections, and follow-up requirements.
  • Enter and maintain complete and accurate notes in Service Titan or the CRM for management review.

Outbound Call Placement (3/3/3 Touchpoints):

  • Execute follow-up calls at 3-day, 3-week, and 3-month intervals for all open sales opportunities.
  • Keep detailed tracking of all outreach efforts to ensure no lead is missed.

Monitoring Outbound Needs:

  • Actively manage an outbound board, tracking unsold estimates, pending approvals, and follow-up schedules.
  • Communicate daily with sales team members regarding outbound priorities.

Tagging and Business Unit Accuracy in Service Titan:

  • Ensure all jobs are tagged correctly within Service Titan (sales, service, maintenance, warranty, etc.).
  • Verify that the correct Business Unitsare assigned to each job and technician.
  • Maintain data accuracy to ensure technician KPIs (close rates, average ticket, sales conversion) are properly reported and tracked.
  • Assist techs and sales staff with any needed corrections before jobs are closed out.

 

Who You Are:

  • Excellent at multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Having strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with CRM/Service Titan data management.
  • Good understanding of sales, service, and install processes
  • Team-first mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving

What you Need:

  • A valid drivers license
  • At least 1+ minimum of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role (e.g., customer service, logistics, emergency services).

Job Type: Full-time

 

Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

 

LOCATION: Able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
