Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trades management, a deep understanding of business operations, and proven leadership skills. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, growth, and customer satisfaction across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations.
- Manage department heads and field teams across multiple service lines.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement short and long-term goals in alignment with company objectives.
Operations Management:
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and project timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations across all trades.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and code compliance.
- Develop and implement SOPs for each division to streamline operations.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage departmental budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to leadership.
Business Development & Customer Relations:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical operations, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of industry codes, safety standards, and trade-specific regulations.
- Proven experience managing multi-trade teams and projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
- Master HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical license (state-specific)
- PMP or other project management certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
