Job Summary:

As a Plumbing Install Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing plumbing systems in both new and existing structures. This will include installing pipes, fittings, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures. You will also be tasked with ensuring that installations comply with all building codes and regulations, diagnosing any issues, and providing exceptional service to customers. Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and an understanding of plumbing codes are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Job Qualifications:

• 1-5 Years of Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
• Current plumbing certification as required by the state
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
