Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven CIPP Sewer Line Salesman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding our CIPP sewer line rehabilitation services to clients in residential sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities for CIPP sewer line solutions.
    • Develop relationships with potential customers municipalities, contractors, and developers.
    • Present and promote CIPP sewer line services to new and existing clients.
    • Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any concerns or issues.
    • Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring the company’s solutions meet their needs.
  • Project Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to develop project scopes and proposals.
    • Ensure all project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to.
    • Assist in coordinating the logistics of CIPP installations and follow through on project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction, plumbing, or sewer line rehabilitation industry.
  • Knowledge of CIPP sewer line technology and its benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven sales track record.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients or attend industry events.

Physical Work Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
  • Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur daily.

Job Type – Full Time

 

Salary - $65,000 plus (Performance Based Pay)
